Withdrawal / Returns

All buyers are required upon receipt of each order to unpack and check the products they have ordered and to notify the Store in case of cosmetic or other defects. Upon receipt, it will be considered that all products were received in perfect condition.

Withdrawal

Buyers upon receipt of shipment of the products have the right to withdraw without reason within 14 days and ask for the price they paid by returning the products in their original condition as a whole and their packaging in perfect condition. In the event that the products are returned partially or totally damaged or incomplete, the Store has the right to request compensation from the buyer. The return of these products is accepted, as long as the buyers have primarily paid any amount incurred by the Store for shipping and returning the products to it. The return of the product should be made together with all the additional documents that accompanied it such as e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.

Returns with Store Fee

Buyers upon receipt of an order, may return the products they have received and request the price they paid or to request the replacement of the products in cases where the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in cases where a different product was delivered than the one ordered, in type or quantity, or in cases where upon delivery the product has a damaged packaging completely or for the most part and in cases where it is found that a product is defective.
In these cases the buyer must either not accept the receipt of the order from the beginning or request its return after consultation with the Store. In the event that the products of an order are not returned within the agreed time, the Store is entitled not to accept their return and therefore to refuse their replacement.
The return of the order and its products must be made together with all documents which accompanied it such as e.g. forms, labels, retail receipt, invoice, etc.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:
a)< /strong> Before completing an order, during the online process of the order, the buyer can remove the products from the shopping cart.
b) In the event that the online process has been completed but not one more order has been sent, you can call the Store's phone number 210 9242427, the Store's order manager will handle the cancellation of your order. Alternatively, you can also contact via the Store's email info@happylovers.eu
c) In the event that your order has been shipped, the cancellation procedure mentioned above is followed.
